What is the correct way of eating fruits? IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! FRUITS SHOULD BE  EATEN ON AN  EMPTY  STOMACH. If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. The celebration has begun in our state - for the politicians, I meant. Fire crackers, Drum beats, Garlands, parade of wasteful man power, rather youth power I would say. War of words, war of freebie schemes to hide their corrupt background between various political parties gallop. Insight into Decision Making A group of children were playing near two railway tracks, one still in use while the other disused. The temple is at the top of Perumalmalai hills, 5 kms from Thuraiyur. This place is known as ‘Then Thirupathi’ of Trichy due to the many similarities to Thirupathi. There are seven hillocks to cross; Alarmelmangai Thayar is having a separate shrine; Govindharaja perumal in lying posture is having a temple at the foot hill; and there is a village known as Nagalapuram 5 kms away. Perumal malai is 960 feet high with 1532 steps to climb. There is also a motorable road to the top. It will take about 15 minutes in vehicle and about an hour in walking through steps. The temple was constructed by one of the grand sons of Karikala chola. The king, as per the advice of his Guru, meditated here to attain moksha and got the dharshan of Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal in marriage posture. The King was also blessed to be with the Perumal and Thayar as the kshetra balan (the man of the place). பெரம்பலூர் மாவட்டம், துறையூருக்கு ஐந்து கிலோமீட்டர் தொலைவிலிருக்கும் அழகான மலைக்கோவில்தான் பெருமாள் மலை. சுமார் ஆயிரத்து ஐந்நூறு படிகள் கொண்ட இந்த மலைக்கு வாகனங்கள் செல்ல வசதியாக சாலை போடப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. நான் பத்து, பன்னிரண்டு வயதிருக்கும்போது துறையூரிலிருந்து ஒவ்வொரு புரட்டாசி சனியன்றும் சென்று விடுவேன். வழி முழுவதும் விழாக்கோலம் பூண்டிருக்கும். ஆனால் இரண்டு படிக்கொரு பிச்சைக்காரரை பார்க்கலாம். "கண்ணில்லா பாவத்தைபாரு" என்ற ஓலக்குரல் இன்றும் என் காதில் விழுந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. கிட்ட தட்ட முப்பத்தி மூன்று வருடங்களுக்கு பிறகு பெருமாள் மலைக்கு செல்லும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது. கோவில் இப்போது மெருகு கூடி இருக்கிறது. ஓரளவு பெரிய வாகனங்கள் செல்லும் அளவுக்கு சாலை போட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். 'கிரிவலம்', உற்சவம் எல்லாம் அடிக்கடி நடக்கிறது. மலை உச்சியில் இருந்து துறையூரின் அழகை ரசிக்கலாம். அர்ச்சகர் கோவிலின் ஸ்தலப்புராணத்தை அர்ச்சனையோடு சேர்த்து சொல்லும்போது, "என்னப்பா, அர்ச்சனையில் ஐந்து கிலோமீட்டர்னு எல்லாம் வருது" என்று என் பையன் கேட்டபோது "கொல்" என்று அனைவரும்
